B44 Terms — Complete rules for platform use
These terms apply to all services on the b44 platform. By registering or starting to use any service at b44, you fully accept and agree to abide by all the conditions described below. Please read these terms carefully before using the platform.

Acceptance & applicability
By accessing, registering, or using any service on the b44 platform, you voluntarily accept these terms fully and knowingly. You must be at least 18 years old and eligible to use online gaming and betting services in Bangladesh.
These terms apply to all b44 departments — including Cricket Betting, Slots, Live Casino, Poker, and any future services. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the platform.
Minors are strictly prohibited from accessing b44. All information provided during account creation must be true and accurate. b44 reserves the right to cancel accounts with false information.

Account creation, security & policies
Registration & verification
Each person may create only one account on b44. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and all identified accounts will be permanently closed. Identity verification (KYC) may be required before the first withdrawal.
Please provide a valid mobile number or email address during registration. Using incorrect or someone else's information will prevent account verification and may block prize withdrawals.
Password & security
Keeping your account password confidential is your responsibility. Do not share your password with anyone, and always log out after using someone else’s device. b44 will never ask for your password via phone or message.
B44 reserves the right to suspend or close accounts without prior notice if users violate the terms or if fraud is detected.
Payment, transactions & BDT policy
All transactions on b44 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). We currently support deposits and withdrawals via bKash and Nagad. For bank transfers or other methods, please check updated info on the platform.

Withdrawal requests may take 24–72 hours to process. Account verification is required before the first withdrawal. Requests without verification will not be accepted.
B44 reserves the full right to void any rewards obtained through fraud or dishonest methods. Separate terms may apply to cashback or bonuses, which will be detailed with each offer.

- Registration with false information
- Attempting to manipulate the system or games
- Use of Third-Party Software or Bots
- Unauthorized access to another user’s account
- Attempted hacking or cyberattacks
- Use of platform for money laundering
- Offensive or threatening behavior
Accounts involved in any prohibited activities will be immediately and permanently closed, and any earned balance may be confiscated. Users are fully responsible for the security of their devices, internet connection, and accounts.
Liability, intellectual property & third parties
Limitation of liability
The b44 platform is provided "as is." b44 is not directly liable for any loss caused by technical issues, server downtime, or internet disruptions. However, we are always committed to improving the user experience.
Winning or losing in gaming activities is entirely at the user’s own risk. b44 does not guarantee any specific prize. Betting and gaming involve financial risks — please play responsibly within your means.
Intellectual property & third parties
All content on the b44 platform — logos, design, software, game interfaces, and text — is protected under the intellectual property rights of b44 or its licensors. Copying, distribution, or commercial use without permission is strictly prohibited.
Third-party services or payment gateways may be used on the platform. Those services have their own terms and b44 is not responsible for their operations.
Terms changes & applicable law
B44 reserves the right to modify or update these terms at any time. The date of the latest update will be displayed on the terms page before changes take effect. Continuing to use the platform after new terms are published means you accept the updated terms.
These terms and conditions are governed by the applicable laws and regulations of Bangladesh. In case of any disputes or complaints, efforts will first be made to resolve them through discussion. If necessary, the matter may be submitted to the courts of Bangladesh for resolution.
